"Sushil Financial Services Private Limited (SFSPL) is providing an offline mechanism to facilitate order placement in BuyBack Module. SFSPL will not be responsible for non-execution of the orders of the client for any technical slag or technical problem / glitches due to internet failure at the your / SFSPL end. SFSPL shall not be liable for any loss, whether notional or actual, that may be suffered by the you / your Client on account of the non-placement / or non-execution of order as entered in the system. SFSPL have discretion to cancel / reject the order suo-moto without giving any reason thereof. SFSPL and its directors/employees will not be liable for damages caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in transmission or operations, computer virus, communications line failure, and unauthorized access to the order placement facility."
